As the  Service Distribution Manager with Allscripts Healthcare, Kevin acts as the liaison between the IT department and other staff, Global Services, and Corporate; define and document department/area end-user functional requirements; coordinate, implement and troubleshoot various Allscripts systems.  He is Subject Matter Expert (SME) in conducting unit/functional/integrative testing of responsible areas. He has previously worked as an Allscripts Project Manager within an acute health care environment, responsible for the overall transparency of project deliverables through the life cycle phases from development to delivery.  Currently he  is enrolled in North Central University’s Ph.D. program, Business Administration with emphasis on Health Care Administration.  His Master’s degree is in Health Administration/Informatics from University of Phoenix,  Certificate in Medical Administration/Billing & Coding from The Chubb  Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Salem State College.
