Dr. Bolonduro graduated from NCU in 2016, with a PhD in Business Administration, specialization in Management Information System. Her academic degrees include M.Sc. in Computer Systems from City University; BA in Organization Behavior from Seattle Pacific University; and AAS in LAN Applications and Software Engineering from South Seattle College. She had a Biology and Chemistry Teaching certificate.

She started her professional career as a High School Biology and Chemistry teacher; she transitioned to IT related fields in 1997 after earning an Associate degree in LAN Applications and Software Engineering. Other professional background includes project management and consulting.

She is actively involved in her community; playing different roles for different groups of people as situation calls for. She enjoys cooking and love spending time with her family.
