Delta Mu Delta Lambda Eta Chapter Support of Charitable Organizations

We are proud to announce the Chapter support of five charitable organizations, each receiving a $1,000 donation.

One of the Chapter elected officials most important objectives in 2014 was to vote on our ability to support charitable organizations. I’m very proud to announce that we were able to select 5 Charities that will received a $1,000 donation for their organization mission.

According to the Department of Veterans Affairs, an estimated 640 WWII veterans die each day. Honor Flight Network will continue do whatever it takes to fulfill the dreams of our veterans and help our heroes travel absolutely free.

Given the disasters in the west coast, like California, Arizona and other US areas, etc., the time is in need to help those who are suffering.

3. ST JUDE’s CHILDREN CANCER RESEARCH – http://www.stjude.org/stjude/v/index.j

There is always a need to find a cure for Cancer…a growing disease…. this is truly a helpful group–life saving group.

4. Big Brothers, Big Sisters Charity – http://www.bbbsba.org/

Organization helping youth achieve more, especially for foster children…our country’s future is in our hands….America’s future depends on the youth today.

AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, with a membership of more than 37 million, that helps people turn their goals and dreams into real possibilities, strengthens communities and fights for the issues that matter most to families such as healthcare, employment security and retirement planning.
