The deadline to apply for the award is April 17, 2017. The DMD Lambda Eta Chapter Community Service Award recognizes DMD members that have demonstrated a dedication to academic achievement and a strong commitment to service and volunteerism by participating in community service work or volunteer activities while pursuing a degree at Northcentral University.

Two (2) scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each will be awarded.
