2016-2018 Faculty Adviser- Dr. Georgia Grantham

20160506_092644_resizedDr. Georgia Grantham is the Associate Director of Faculty Support and Development at Northcentral University for the SBTM. Georgia is a native of Colorado, where she earned her B.A. at Western State Colorado University in Office/Business Administration, her M.A. at the University of Northern Colorado in Curriculum and Instruction, and her Ph.D. at Colorado State University in Vocational Education (Administration and Human Resource Development). Beginning her career in K-12 education as a business/technology teacher, she advanced to become Career and Technical Education Director for Business and then Assistant Superintendent of Schools. Moving into the university, she served as Dean and Associate Provost for the Extended Campus and Vice President for Enrollment Management.

Dr. Grantham started her own consulting company focusing on training and development for distance learning working with government and corporations and maintaining her own Blackboard/Moodlerooms platform prior to joining NCU. Dr. Grantham has developed and implemented numerous innovative programs receiving the Colorado Business Teacher of the Year Award, Lt. Governor’s Colorado Gold Leadership Award, and the Pioneer Award for innovation in distance learning. She enjoys time with her family and living in the “heart” of the Rockies in Colorado.
